Best exercise routine/diet to lose fat/gain muscle?
What would be the best exercise routine/diet to lose fat and gain muscle. I'm currently 5'11 around 190lbs. I would like to drop about 15 to 20 lbs of fat then gain about 10 or more pounds of muscle. I'm not looking to get huge or anything. I know how to lose weight, I've done it before, I'm more focused on what I should be eating daily and what I should be eating for each meal as well as the fat/protein/carb ratio? As well, I would like to know if while I'm trying to lose weight should I also be doing resistance training or strictly cardio?

Try Tae Bo, Kick Boxing, and Jump Roping. Also, drink protein shakes (slim fast is packed with protein - there are others though :)
Eat nuts (portioned). Stay clear of eating too many.
Almond milk has a ton of calcium which will give you strength (more than cow's milk)
Spinach is really good for you and has protein.
Soy products. Tastes good and lots of protein.
Sunflower seeds. Easy for on the go.
I don't like them but mushrooms are awesome for protein and so are kidney beans (blah, but you might like)
You should combine resistance and cardio. Always do 30 - 45 minutes of cardio 5xs a week. resistance around 3x or more (depends on you)
