If itdoes not have a bleeder valve in line on the rail. The pump has to be primed at he pump to pump fue. Install thw screew in plug. Then try to start the engine. If this does not work. each line at the injectors and crank the engine to pump fuel in to the lines. There is a quick start way. By spray starter fluid in to the air cleaner as you start then engine. This will pull fuel in to the pump and prim the pump. Keep spaying till engine start to run on it own fuel. Some newer models have hand pump on the side of the engine. You can look it up in basic deael engine maintain.
