Skyrim on my xbox freezes within seconds of loading the game... Any suggestions (please read the details)?

I am having an issue where as soon as I load the game (skyrim Xbox 360); within 10 seconds of me loading the game; it freezes and the console must be restarted. Prior to this; freezing within the game was more of an inconvenience as the freeze would stop and I could continue playing. This would typically happen in areas where an action scene was taking place. Whenever the frame rate would increase the game would freeze little bit, but as of the last month, the issue I first detailed has prevented me from playing whatsoever.

I did a lot of research pertaining to this issue and and tried a variety of solutions including clearing system cache, deleting all saves except for the most recent ones, turning off autosave, playing the game on another Xbox with the same disk, switching hard drives between Xbox is, deleting the DLC and redone leading it; none of which could aliviate the issue.

From these preliminary tests I was able to learn a few things. First, the issue was not with the Xbox or with the game disc. Secondly, when I deleted the dawn guard expansion, the game would run fine. What I did then was re-download the Dawnguard DLC but issue still persisted. I believe that I isolated the issue to the Dawnguard DLC. If there's any workaround I'll be greatly appreciative if you Email me as soon as possible. I would really like to download the next DLC that is going to be made available in December but if I cannot get this one working it will be a loss. please help me.
