How can I go back to being vegetarian without getting sick?

I've been vegetarian for over two years and I decided to try going vegan for two weeks. I really liked the change and the adjustment wasn't bad but now that the two weeks are over, I tried to go back to eating eggs and soy milk but I got the worse stomach pains and I felt nauseous.

How can I get back to eating my dairy favorites without making my stomach upset?

Thanks!

Update:

*correction*

I didn't mean to say soy milk, I meant to type skim milk :)

Actually, soy is vegan. It's made from a plant. In any case, try to slowly increase the amounts of these foods to your diet over time. But it might not work, I ate vegan for a while and have had trouble digesting dairy ever since.

Why go back? If you feel great and are getting the proper nutrition, why not stay vegan? If you wish to go back to vegetarian, try slowly eating these foods and have small portions. Eat a bit each day, and try to slowly go back to dairy.

    Any reason you simply MUST?

If "convenience" is one of the reasons, give it up and continue being vegan in diet.
