windows 8 activation?
I downloaded Windows 8, and I also ordered the install cd. I installed windows 8 on another pc with the activation code I also used with my downloaded version. Now my pc says every single time I boot it that I have to buy another code, but I haven't got a code with my cds. What should I do?

I don't understand the problem. How many PCs are involved? It seems like there are two but I'm not sure.
So to clear that up, you cannot use the same product key to install Windows 8 on more than one computer. If you want to install Windows 8 on two computers then each PC needs its own product key.

The easiest way to get the key is to buy it from ms online store, right? but it is a little expensive
my friend recommended strongly Go2keys.com to me, and i visited the site. it looks good. however, i don't buy anything yet as i don't need it at present. in the future, i may buy one there.
maybe you can try, and let me know whether it works.
