I am willing to do it.?

I'm 14 years old and overweight! I currently weigh 67 kilos and my goal is to reach 55 kg within 2-3months... My height is 162 cm. I will do anything to make it happen! can you give me a good diet, tips and some extra things I should know?

    I id the Atkins diet and loks 100 lbs (not sure what that is in kilos) in 6 months with no exercise. The main reason it worked was because I ONLY did the first phase of the diet for the entire six months. If you can give up bread, cereal, sugar and focus on meat, water and vegetables than you'll drop the weight like I did.

    You don't have to totally give up those things though. You can still have 24 carbohydrates per day. I'd usually save all of mine for the afternoon/evening and have a few pieces of candy, and I'd have a little bit more than 24 carbs on the weekend just to make the diet more bearable.
