Nike Mercurial Vapor VII fit?

I bought some 9.5 Nike Mercurial Vapors that are perfect fit. The thing is that everytime I step, the sides near my ankles widen and make this air-y sound every time I step. I thought this would go away once I broke in the shoes. The thing is that I have had the shoes for 2 months now and I guess breaking them in was not the solution.

Any ideas?

    Some squeak and some don't - you might be able to exchange for new ones. I do not know what the guarantee is....................
