Would I be able to freeze couscous?
I have some vegetables left over from when I made soup the other day and I want to make some meals up a freeze them, one of the things I want to make is mixed vegetable couscous but I've never tried to freeze couscous before.
The vegetables I have to use are:
Carrots
butternut squash
Peppers
Broad beans
Garden peas
Sweetcorn
And green beans

Yes you can freeze them..I do that all the time..just make sure you hvae food freezer containers..or freezer bags..
