Delivery Failure - Matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam?

Really annoyed. This is coming mostly when I send to ONE email address. One it comes from my own domain to a professional I am writing for business purposed. But if I send it to his personal email or from my AOL it works?

Can anyone tell me what can be done to fix this? I have tried changing the subject with no better results.

554 5.7.1 The message from (xxxxx) with the subject (xxxxxx) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam

Update:

Apparently there is something weird happening with the ip address. IPConfig shows one and the IP checkers seem to be using one for t-mobile. (and when I check locations, my ip config address shows up in Europe (and I am in the US) and the one found by the ip checker shows up in kansas and I am not in Kansas (anymore, toto :))

Update 2:

Thanks for the answer... except how do I tell him to do that (white list?). Thanks

Update 3:

Follow up -

The person whose account keeps rejecting -said the email are NOT going into his spam. So is "whitelisting" the solution?

It's considered spam because the receiver has not white listed you in there inbox as a contact....once listed that will stop..........

    XXXXX edit....

Just tell him to add you to his contact list...that's called white listing.....everything else is considered spam
