Ensure that you have established a 3G connection. Are you getting any bars of 3G? Or does the phone just display 1X bars.
You can check if data connections are turned on in the settings menu, but, if they are on and you are still having problems you can contact your carrier via phone/website to see if there are any updates for your phone.

The fault is that it displays charged to 100% when it is not actually. Turn on the clock where it shows current battery charge in %. Now as it charges you will se it moves like: 14% --> 15% and then suddenly 100%. One would guess it was fully charged but it was only 15-16% charged. I am not sure if battery replacement would work.. It is a faulty charging system.
