Are there any sci-fi books or movies from a robot's point of view?

I'm playing a Facebook game Robot Rising and this made me wonder, is there any science fiction written from the point of view of robots? Perhaps they have cities, factions, conflicts, and they would of course have some human traits. If you know of any such books or movies (or even games), please share!

You might like Harry Harrison"The Stainless Steel Rat".

The"Foundation" series by Isaac Asimov is very good also.At least one of this series was made into a movie."I,Robot" is the title,I think.

Go to Wikipedia and look for novels about or featuring robots.Check Google on the same or similar basis.

I am sure there are many more.If you check out Science Fiction Authors, perhaps that will help as well.
