Pregnant? Please Read and Respond..?

I believe I may have conceived November 18th (9days ago). My period isnt due until December 7th. Today, November 27th, I am experiencing period like cramps. What do you think may be going on?. Serious answers only!!

    its a possibility. one of the earliest symptoms can be cramping as the zygote attaches to the uterine wall. give it some time and take a pregnancy test, keeping in mind most tests can only detect once your closer to your period due date.
