Is your boss taking advantage of you?

We have a coworker who's responsibilities include; receptionist, division manager, division CFO, sales manager, division production manager, shipping manager, and recently, due to the boss's bitter divorce over 8 months ago, she is now his personal nanny to his 3 children on her days off and overnight when he's traveling for business. Now you would think that he would pay more than $2.00 per hour as she recently came to the conclusion what he's paying her, and she is concerned that if she says no, the her job may be in jeopardy. What would you do?

If I were in that situation I would contact an employment law attorney. I would look for one who wouldn't charge for an initial consultation. The $2.00 per hour is less than the minimum wage. He is also not paying social security for her. There is a lot of illegality on his part. Maybe the attorney can help upper management decide to fire him.
