What level should i evolve my pokemon?

I have all 3 starters on leaf green, bulbasaur, and charm Anderson, and n squirted. I so anyone know what level would be good to evolve them I have bulbasaur, and charm Anderson, and n squirted all level 13

    I would suggest just letting them evolve at the first opportunity you get. Sure, they don't learn moves as quickly, but their stats get quite a bit better immediately.

    evolve them at level 16
