Idle speed too high. 1999 Dodge Intrepid?

My idle speed on my '99 Dodge Intrepid is about two grand and I was wondering if it's most likely the Throttle Position Sensor. There's no way to adjust the idle otherwise.

    A low battery with dirty posts or loose connections will cause the engine speed to rise to run the computor.Check and clean if needed.

    Vacuum hose leaks will do that too.Fix any that need repair.
