Most liberal/queer friendly schools?
I'm applying to college and am a lesbian, and am looking for a super liberal and/or queer school? What are some of the most liberal and/or queer universities (mostly the northeast/mid-west would be preferable)? All-girls schools are also a possibility so feel free to list those too. Thanks!

I have news for you - all LGBT students are NOT liberal - many are to the political and social right of Attila the Hun.
Here is a list of LGBT friendly schools although almost any large campus will have a friendly community:

Your best bet would be a woman's college (all girls school makes it sound like you're in a porno). While it's certainly not true that everyone at a woman's college is a lesbian, they're certainly more accepting of it than the general population. Depending on your grades and test scores, look into Smith, Mt. Holyoke, and Agnes Scott.

you go to college to grow up
going to such a "magical" place doesn't prepare you for the real world. the best way to learn life lessons is to get life experience, both good and bad.
if you go to a school where everyone is "i love you the way you are cute cute cute rainbows sunshine" then you're not going to be a very productive member of society b/c you're not going to know how to handle harsh situations
