Depends on where you live, but where I live, around $7-$8 an hour.

im a career nanny with 10 years experience, teaching experience, and belong to 2 agencys. Depending on the fact u have 3 years experience I'd say 10-12 an hour (I make 15-40 an hour depending on the family) and I live in NJ

I'm in highschool and its usually appropriate to be paid $7-8/hour, but a 10 year old is easier and with 2 is even easier. I'd say $6/hour for each.
