What should the babysitter get paid?
What should a high school babysitter with 3 years of experience (who doesn't drive) be paid to babysit a 4 year old and a 2 year old per hour? Living in the suburbs of a fairly large midwestern city.

Depends on your money situation I guess? My sister watches my 2 year old for 10 hours once a week. She gets paid 50 dollars for that. 5 dollars an hour (Even though he naps for 2 of those hours). Don't charge it by the hour maybe? Say- You watch them for 3 hours and I'll give you 20 bucks. That seems reasonable.

Over here in England the average rate for that would be about £6.50 an hour. I am guessing you are from the U.S and so I would suggest about $8-9.
