I'm new to gym and fitness stuff. I need exercise routines or something like that.?
Basically, I know NOTHING about gym but I've just started.
From what I've heard, I need separate days for targeting different muscles. All I did yesterday was, I did my ran 1.5k on a treadmill, then I did my chest, my abs, my back, my shoulder. (using those machines that available). I'm not sure whether this is a good idea or not.
What do I need to know? And what protein do I need? I haven't got any at the moment.

Well first, what are your goals? Muscle growth or strength building? Fat loss or weight gain?
Second, go to bodybuilding.com, it has all the information you need.
Third, don't worry about spending money on protein. If you get anything get simple whey protein like gold standard protein from gnc. DON'T WASTE MONEY ON SUPPLEMENTS AT FIRST, IT'S A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!!
Fourth and most important, HAVE A SOLID DIET. Diets are the number one things in fitness and seeing gains in what your trying to achieve.

However, do what Alex is saying. Dont waste money on supplements. Go to bodybuilding.com for all the info you need about starting off
