airsoft upgrading my aeg experienced players?

Question

So I have a JG M4A1 and its having some compatibility issues. I'm going to sell it and buy a new one to upgrade(NO I DON'T want to upgrade the jg). My question to the really experienced players and technicians is what would be the perfect gun to get to upgrade with a TOTAL budget of 400$(I'd like to stay under as much as I can but don't get me wrong, I want good performance). Some of my airsoft back ground for reference:

1.I play woodland field areas and have no FPS limit
2.I'd like 200+ feet of range
3.I would like decent groupings and good spread
4.ACCURACY is crucial along w/ RANGE 200+ ft
5.Durable internals 
6. Decent ROF at a minimum of 15ps
7. Full rail system
8. Lipo capable if possible
9. Quality metal or steel

So basically my question is what exact GUN should i get for the external features. I want a highend brand and all metal like a CA, VFC, G&G or KWA. Please give exact parts down to the letter because I dont have very much experience and need specifics. All the parts that should be bought and links if possible.
I would like to stick to a full rifle and no short guns but a folding stock would be helpful.
Summary: Gun, aftermarket parts with links to buy if you can. I prefer airsoftGI

Basically, you are looking for a DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) I would recommend getting a KWA sr10

Out of the box this gun will shoot 20+ RPS and can handle LiPO's, increasing the RoF further. If you follow that up by installing a m120 spring and a 6.03, you will have a killing machine.

I strongly recommend any KWA product and I guarantee results


If you had a stronger budget (near $1000), I would recommend you purchase a TM Recoil shock AEG, Tokyo Marui is the best of the best and KWA is the runner up!

i dont know how it build a gun with high ROF but with lipo u should be good on that. i do know how to build a gun for accuracy and range and this is a really good one for under $400 it will cost u $347 i would also buy a acog 4x32 for about $60-$100 but its airsoft so u dont NEED one but it helps
