Is it right to take the fruits of one's labor and give it to another able bodied person?

Update:

Emily, it is so precious when someone insults the intelligence of another person and uses poor grammar while doing so.

Update 2:

Ah Buster, I love that idea. Some people work really hard, make good choices and wise investments and are successful and then they give their earnings to those who did none of the above. What a great idea!

That is pretty well the basis for all working human societies. It is better, in my view, to distribute a little to everyone, than letting a few individuals take the rewards of the efforts of the bulk of the people.

But no matter how you cut it, no one is totally and uniquely responsible for everything that they produce, no one is free from benefitting from the work of others. the question lies more in the how to share the output that arises from living in a cooperative venture.

Only people that live by themselves, and provide everything for themselves completely from their own output (no buying or trading with others) are free from accepting some input of others.

In the modern world, where public security and military defense aid people even when they isolate themselves from society, there truly is no independant producer, no individuals that are not the beneficiaries of society.

If you look at anything in a child like, over simplistic way, then anything can be made to seem wrong.
