Phone contract question?
Ummm my friend just decided to sell his iPhone, hes on contract and getting a new phone. I'm on contract as well, but on a samsung. Just wondering if his phone is unlocked (or if i get it unlocked) if i put my simcard in the iPhone can i still use my contract? It doesnt end for another two years x
oh btw he said i could have the phone, thats why i'm asking :p

If he is on a contract and it's a CDMA iPhone it will be locked to his contract. He would have to swamp ESN with you. But if you have a gsm phone you can't just put a sim in his iPhone because he has a sim in it. If they are both gsm then yes you can swamp it.
