Where can you buy a lacy dress with flowers on it?

Where can you buy a lacy dress with flowers on it? I am trying to buy a Navy blue lacy dress with flowers on it I don't know where I can buy it? I want a dress that will go above my knees when I will wear it I am going to use it when I go to a party and other special occasions. Which is the best stores where they sell nice lacy dresses?

If you're american and dont have Topshop, I can tell you that it is really good quality and their dresses almost always look good on. Dont be afraid to order from them online!

OMG i have a navy blue dress with lace flowers on it! lol(: i got it at kohls black friday shopping for 17 bucks. they also have them at delias, jcpenneys, old navy, and sears(: good luck
