Indeed, the phrase "okey dokey" originated from the phrase okay. This phrase was originally used in a 1932 edition of American Speech.
Just like okay is spelled many different ways (ok, OK, O.K.,okay, etc.), so too is okey dokey (okie dokie, oakie dokie, etc.).
