All of my saved emails from my suddenlink email account are gone. Anyone know why? Has this happened to others?

Mine is all gone too. I had all my online receipts in a subfolder as well as all my client correspondence, now it is all gone! Twelve other subfolders are also gone with all their contents! They had a nationwide outage yesterday and I will bet the wait times today for customer support will be long on the phone but I am getting an answer as this is a disaster! I sure hope they have backups they are working to restore, because so far, all I have are Emails from today and yesterday, all my local storage folders are gone! Everything is lost!

My wife and I noticed the same occurrence, and she uses her emails to keep up with purchases too. We have lost pics, valuable info, contact info, and anything else we had saved to our email. And for the last few months it seems that we lose our internet AND cable every time it rains or the wind blows from the east. I hope this is a repairable glitch and soon our emails will be mysteriously restored but I have strong doubts. I don't remember having this much trouble when it was Cox Cable.

All customers should now have the ability to send and receive email through Suddenlink’s email service, and the vast majority should have full service, including access to all mail, folders, contacts, and settings. We will continue working until the remainder of customers have full email service restored. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we continue to work to restore full email service for all customers.
