My Asus G73S keeps shutting down on its own. It happens anytime I try to play a game. What could do this?
I play Guild Wars 2 for about 10 mins and then it just drops, as if it were hard shutdown. Its really annoying, and I don't want to go buy a new laptop. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I had played it the day before without any issues, it just started today. I don't think its ventilation, I clean my fans and heatsinks every few months. Any help is appreciated.

Is the laptop getting enough ventilation? When playing heavy demanding games it generates a lot of heat and if the computer cannot keep itself within a certain temp, it will shutdown to avoid hardware damage. If this is not the case, you could have malware. However, i do not think this is the case.
