Gifts for Co-Workers that are quick to sew?
My husband and I don't have a lot of money, but we still want to give his co-workers a little gift. (If he doesn't he'll risk being labeled a humbug as it's a very Christian-dominant business). So, I bought a bolt of fabric today at my local thrift shop for $3 and would like to sew a little something for everyone, if I calculated correctly I should have about 1/2 yd per person.
Do you know of anything small that could be sewn quickly in bulk - for about 35 people? Thank you so much for you help!
He works in a restaurant, so anything that would be useful to cooks, waiters/bussers and other restaurant staff would be great.

Could you cut the fabric into squares, put something in it like a few wrapped chocolate Kisses and tie each with a bit of Christmas ribbon? You could make name tags online and add those to each.

Christmas tree decorations. Find patterns online. My mom made a bunch for the tree back in the late 70s.
