ok small crash course on gaming a 256 bit will beat a 128 bit card
especially
here is my evidence
http://www.hwcompare.com/11900/geforce-gtx-560-ti-...
what a bit does
better reasolution and better realism in gaming you like high settings the ti will gran that
my recomendation is neither of these cards are particulary great
and the 560 ti is a power greedy hog if you wont want ya energy bills going threw the roof
now for 150 pounds you can get a better card with duel fans which it wont overheat easy i own this card myself
this includes shipping in price
http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/12947777/art/sapph...
with 256 bit bus and a good 2gb for monitors of 23 inch you could play all games on ultra
i play skyrim on ultra with this card
if this is a bit too steep for ya budget there is a single fan card which is just as good just make sure you have plenty of fans at 2000rpm least 3 or 4 going at full pelt
http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/11984340/art/amd/r...
these cards arent as power greedy as a 560 ti
http://www.hwcompare.com/12054/geforce-gtx-560-ti-...
but give a 30 percent increase performance
and shave of 40w of power
have a power saving mode
and the card when your on the desktop will turn off to save power once ya click your mouse it will turn back on
idle power consumes like 30w
when turned off
pixmania rocks i have bought form them the card i use is the first one and runs like a dream
you need a good power supply examples
600w cx corsair or 750w corsair cx
both can be found on amazon cheap enough
if your case is small the second one is much smaller then the first

The gtx560 TI is quite a bit better in performance.
the amd 7770 = gtx 560 SE (the SE is a broken down model of the 560, the Ti is above the 560, so its 2 steps up from the 560 SE)
Idk why the fk that 7770 is that expensive, and buying it at that price would be idiotic...
you can easily find a 7850 for around that, and the 7850 is like 3-4 7770s lol
http://www.amazon.co.uk/VTX3D-Radeon-Edition-Graph...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11200-14-20G-Card...
and the 7850 is about equal to alittle better then the gtx570.
EDIT: @unknown user
you rate everyone down, but you are a fking retard who doesnt know anything...
the 7770 is NOT EVEN CLOSE, like in a WHOLE nother bracket of performance then the gtx560 Ti...
it would be like a decision between a Ferrari or a Hyundai, like how could you even think about that....
@bringing salvation
though you are correct in your answer
but hwcompare is a horrible place for real life performance (same with passmark, cpubenchmark.net and videocardbenchmark.net)
You are better looking at multi sources for gaming performance benchmarks if you really want accurate benchmarks in real world situations.

Never heard of Gainward but Nvidia graphics cards are better for gaming.

By looking at the specifications from:
http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/70...
and,
http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/gef...
It is definitely an even battle in my opinion, some things are better in the Radeon graphics card than the GeForce graphics card and viceversa.
wow, i must say i have never had a harder choice actually. please check the links out yourself and check the specifications to see what would meet your gaming needs.
Personally I would choose the GeForce GTX 560Ti for tiny but noticeably better reasons. Those are just my preferences though, I suggest you look at the specifications to see which one is best for yourself. They are both quiet even competitors. mainly because for gaming 256bit is better than 128bit card, hehe. but performance wise i'd choose geforce (:
Good luck choosing, and have fun ;)
