A PhD does not define intelligence. You have educated people, and you have uneducated people. You have dumbasses, and you have educated dumbasses.
There are many levels of intelligence other than what you see on IQ tests.
It's hard to believe that some people find driving a car more difficult than solving a complex mathematical equation.
