I need help with these AP U.S. history questions.?

1.) What were the roots of Jefferson's conflict with the federal court system, and how did the case of Marbury v. Madison fit into the controversy?

2) Why was America important to both sides in the conflict between England and France, and what role did the Americans hope to play in the struggle?

3) How did each belligerent nation attempt to prevent America from trading with the other, why was one more successful than the other, and what was the American response?

4) How did conditions in the West heighten the tension between the United States and Britain?

Thanks!

1: It was because Jefferson refuse to study or do homework, and Justice Marshall wouldn't just do it for him.

2: America was important because England and France didn't want to do their homework, so they tried to get America to do it for them.

3:The belligerents tried to just list their entire history assignments on Yahoo answers to keep America busy answering them.

4:The West thought they should do their own homework, and the British were mad at this because they were lazy goofs.
