If i dont have shipping supplies how can i ship an item with USPS?
Im freaking out right now i sold an item on ebay on the 28th of november and didnt even notice that i sold it and i will ship it tomorrow i am wondering what if i dont have shipping supplies can i just go to the most office and have them ship it for me?

You can provide your own box and tape and do it at home or you can find or buy a box at Walmart or similar store and buy the Tape. Or you can go to the post office and buy a box and tape to seal the box. the post office does not do it for your. Probably cheaper to buy the box and tape somewhere else, but they do have them at the post office.
