Ok, so I'm fifteen years old, I'm six five and a half and 310 lbs, I've always been bigger than everybody else, I have strong legs, I need to improve my upper body, I'm working hard to get better, I need to improve my speed, my hitting and my footwork. How do I improve, everyone tells me I have the potential to be an nfl player one day, what can I do to improve as a player

You can improve by working with your coaches.. They will give you all the instruction that you will need to become successful.. Listen to and do what they teach you and you should be fine... Good luck....

At that size, you will probably be an olinemen or a defensive tackle. Keep practicing your craft and stay in shape. Join a team and try to stay active. As a linemen, speed is not important. What you want is agility and short area quickness so you can get off blocks as a DT or get to the second level as an offensive tackle and block LBs.

My best advice for you this upcoming (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch lineman in football.
