This might be the stupidest question you've ever read but....?

It's definitely not the stupidest but it's up there.

Since I have asthma I would probably say it's just that, but since you probably don't, I would use some little tricks to help ease the body, like warm mint tea, or Vicks Kind of thing. Lay upright in bed, stuff like that. Otherwise it may just be a cold. I would try a few things, if it won't help and it continues I would ask a doctor, they can recommend coming in or not :)
