Where can I gain access to letters exchanged between early 20th century artists?

I'm looking specifically for the letters that the Fauves exchanged over the short 3 year span that they were practicing. Even more specifically, the ones between Matisse and Derain, Matisse and Picasso, and Picasso and Braque (even though they are more relative to Cubism).

Online sources would be more convenient, but if anyone knows of somewhere in San Diego, California that happens to have a few of these letters, that would be really cool.

Other than the remote chance of facsimiles in books, I can't imagine that what letters exist are outside collections in France. Suggest you look up the museums in USA or Calif that have the best holdings of Fauves and contact the curator over them and ask for guidance in getting to look at examples - such as just finding out who might know where they are.
