OMG!! I'M PULLING MY HAIR OUT?
I, unfortunately, downloaded "shopathome" to get coupons. Now I have all this adware and the tool bar. They tell me to uninstall all I have to do is go to my control panel and then to change/remove and remove it. It isn't listed! How do I remove this if there is no listing of it? It is reeking havoc on my computer!

The program might be under a different name in the add/remove program list. Carefully look through each one, it could be listed against the name of the company.
Failing that you can run the windows system restore to put your machine back to the way it was before downloading the coupon program.

I have known of tool bars similar to that, which I am not
familiar with that tool bar. They could not be found in
control panel installed programs. They would be an add-on.
Check your add-ons and see if you find the tool bar there.
