Where to sell art work on line? Not Ebay?
Where can I sell art work on line? Other than Ebay?
I tried Ebay but it seems like the prices that people get on Ebay are way too low. I have a piece that has a gallery price of $2,500 and can not seem to get even $500 on Ebay! While I understand that I will not get the gallery price the Ebay price is striking me as being way too low!
It seems like Ebay while great for most things is not a good place to sell art.
Are there web sites that actually specialize in selling art?

You can sell on Etsy! I would recommend that you make your own site while you build a clientele and put that address on your sell page at Etsy or wherever you decide to use. Its really easy to make your own page at IM Creator. But back to your question. On Etsy most of the art I saw was selling for less than 500$ but there are plenty that are above that and some that are over a grand. Most don't exceed 2 grand but I did see a few, one of which was priced at 4,000$. Good luck!
