Maximum length of calendar reminder note?
What is the maximum number of characters allowed in the calendar reminder note that is sent to the group? Will the entire note be posted in the message to the group or only the first line? Is there a difference between what is allowed to be typed into the reminder note box and what will be sent to the group? And most of all, why isn't that maximum just simply stated on the reminder set up page?

Hello,
I've checked with our Engineering team on this, and found that there is a 10MB limit on calendar reminder notes (roughly 10 million characters). In most cases, members only include a few kilobytes of data in their notes, so the limit is not posted in the Add/Edit Event window. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
As for the reminders, we send out the text in the "Notes" field of the Add/Edit Event window "as is".
