When you are angry at someone do you "bite your tongue" or do you erupt and speak your mind?

For me when I'm angry or irritated or even upset at someone or something that someone did, I just bite my tongue and hold back all the negative words that I may be thinking, rather than just erupting and say what's on my mind. You can tell when I'm angry when I don't say anything.

I hold it back. What I want to say will only make things worse in an argument.

I bite my tongue in general. It depends on who it is and what the situation is.

if its family, I can express it.

if its a friend, I will most likely bite my tongue. But if we're close, I can yell at you too! :D

It depends on what the person said or done that irritated me, & how irked I am.

Definately status up for your self could be spoken. If somebody is making an attempt to exploit then you definately talk your ideas and tell that man or woman off even despite if it incredibly is a designated pal. If somebody is calling you something like, how do i glance, then they want a honest answer each and every so often the reality hurts. each and every so often being a stable man or woman is telling the reality or conversing or ideas.
