Why is my best friend like this?

ok so I've known my best friend since the 1st grade and we've been extremely close ever since, but in the past 2 years she's been doing things that's just annoying such as:

1- so I'm skinny but I have extreme thunder thighs and a huge *** and wide hips soo if you'd look at me from the waist up you'd think I'm extremely skinny but if you'd look from the hips down you'd think I'm slightly above average. anyways so I've been working out and she keeps saying how I'm too skinny and disgusting looking which is ok but she keeps saying she has the perfect body but she is slightly above average and keeps teasing me.

2- I didn't know I had back dimples or what they were and so I got excited and told her about it and she suggests she has them even though she wouldn't prove it plus I've seen her in a bikini and she doesn't.

3- So I'm extremely into Grunge and Metal! huge huge Alice in Chains, Metallica, Pearl Jam, Iron Maiden, Soundgarden, Black Sabbath, Megadeth, and Uncle Acid and The Deadbeats fan! anyways all these years she keeps bashing on my taste in music and I made a few guys friends because of my taste and she SUDDENLY loves loves my taste. Every time I confront her about this subject she keeps denying it.

4- She spoils everything! So I'm a huge fan of Christopher Nolans Batman movies or any movie directed by him especially The Dark Knight at the time cause ever since I saw that movie when I was 11 I was obsessed and she knows about my obsession and how many times I've watched that movie! So I've been counting down the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises ever since they announced the date back in 2010. So we're we live there's barely any Cinemas so her sister told her about the ending and she immediately contacted me and I told her not to spoil anything! I kept repeating it for 2 minutes until she said "I won't spoil anything I just wanted to tell you at the end YOU ARE GOING TO CRY!" I kept telling her not to tell me and she keeps emphasizing the word "CRY!" and basically telling me my reaction to the ending is the definition of spoiling to some people it might mean nothing but I gave up Tumblr, Twitter, THE INTERNET! and TV just so I could be safe! and she knows about it and yet she spoils it.

also this other time one of our friends accidentally spoiled a whole scene in The Vampire Diaries and she rushed and told me about it and when I asked her why she relied saying that "This girl spoiled it for me so I'm spoiling it for you" I mean seriously?

5- So she always keeps calling me short even though we're an inch apart. (though she wears Vans to school which has a bit of a platform and I wear Flat shoes that has no height at all!) once we went for our check up and when the nurse measured us we were the same height. she was furious and suggested that it was incorrect and the whole machine was broke?.

6- so we're aren't the most popular girl at school so she keeps taking about this "popular" girl and how they are friends or whatever. one day that same girl asked her about me (I know her because we used to be kinda friends) and after that she keeps asking how do I know her and why did she ask about me and if we're close.
