It helps if you give a context. I've done excercises like this before, but depending on the kind of thing you're trying to learn, the missing words could vary.
You could end up saying that it's important for Mathilde to talk to her French teacher, or that it's important to her to talk about her French teacher. Of course, the former would probably make more sense: Il est important que Mathilde parle à son professeur de français.
The second is harder to understand because it's a really weird sentence, so without the assumption of what it's supposed to say I can't fit it together.
Edit: If it's the French teacher and not specifically hers, it would be "Il est important que Mathilde parle au professeur de français."
