Are we just going to sit there and let Syria murder its people with chemical weapons?

Russia has turned away from support of Assad, you are way out of date. Syria has turned into a PR nightmare for the Russians, they will assist Assad only for the purpose that he step down from power.

We don't have the physical means to stop Assad, but we have told him there will be a price to pay should he chose to do it. I am sure that we have privately cleared military intervention with Russia, Turkey and Israel, and probably with Jordan and Iraq. Israel in particular is anxious that chemical munitions not fall into the hands of Hezbollah.

There are several technical reasons why air strikes against the storage areas is ill advised, it has nothing to do with Russia. The bombing of chemical stockpiles is the reason so many of our soldiers came down with "Gulf War Syndrome" after the first gulf war. Bombs gives no assurance that 100% of the munitions are destroyed.

Are we now the police force and welfare program for the whole world? Give us a break. It's time to let most of those countries like Syria and Iraq and Iran settle their own problems. Maybe if the Shiites or Sunnis kill off all of their opposition things would settle down in Iraq and Iran for instance.

Who is we? Are you saying you will be sent to Syria? How can you you idiots fall for this war propaganda 2 times? You would think you would have learned from Iraq and Libya.

No lets send in US, Canada, UK, France, Russia and he can murder their troops instead...he does not care who he will test his weapons on...get clue...leave Syria alone...they dont want your help...

The opposition has turned to assistance from terrorists, and may have sarin as well.
