How are Democrats able to keep so many Americans living in Poverty?

The U.S. Cities with the most Poverty are run by the Democratic Socialist Party. High taxes and Anti- business government keep Unemployment High. The folks living in poverty get government checks and food stamps. In return (the poor) they re-elect Dems every four years.

Because too many people are content to sit on their butt and collect a check than to actually work hard and become successful. It was the Democrat party who fought for the right to own slaves, and it is the Democrat party who continually finds a way to keep generation after generation in slavery.
