  • Would someone mind taking a look at my html/css code and see what's wrong?

I know basic HTML and CSS and I am editing code written by someone else to get the look I want. I am trying to get my products to display in tables which should be the same size. The problem is, when the text wraps it makes the tables taller. I have tried setting a width and height property in my CSS but something's not right.

You can see what I am talking about in the following link. Each product should be in a table and they should all be the same size, creating a grid basically. But they are all different sizes.

Thanks in advance to anyone who would like to take a quick look and see if it is something in my CSS or HTML and can point me in the right direction!

  • What do you think would happen if the US gave back the land to Mexico?

but we gave it back in the exact condition it was in when they got it?

I hear so many Mexicans talking about how the US stole their land and that they want it back. So let's give it to them, but in the same condition it was in when we annexed it in the 1800's. We bulldoze all of the buildings, houses, apartments, destroy all of the roads and infrastructure, uproot trees and vegetation, destroy aqueducts and irrigation channels, destroy all farms, move all of the citizens along with their money and valuables into the other states, relocate all businesses to other states, destroy all power plants and electrical lines, and any other type of tools and machines that were unavailable in the 1800's. Basically turn it back into a huge dirt lot.

If these people truly want back the land for sake of their own heritage they should have no problem with this. But if they complain we will know they simply want us to take something, make it 1000x greater for free, and then give it back to them.

  • Which processor would be better for a home theater PC?

I am building a home theater PC out of some spare parts. I have a good used ASUS motherboard and two processors. One is a dual core AMD 64 X2 4400+ (2.4GHz) and the other is a triple core AMD Phenom X3 8350e (1.9GHz). Either of these will work in my mobo, but which one do you think would be a better choice? I have all of my DVDs and BluRays ripped and encoded to mp4s and mkv files. Many of them are 720p or 1080p. I have a good video card as well which is capable of handling HD content, so my choice is down to which processor. I am not planning on gaming or anything, this is strictly used for playing movies thru Media Center on my HD tv.

  • Is it unprofessional to use a client as a professional reference?

I work for company "ABC" which offers IT services to company "XYZ". I work closely, on a daily basis with employees of XYZ, but technically they are my client. Would it be unprofessional to use an employee of XYZ as a professional reference?
