Is Mattias pronounced the same as Matthias?

I know Matthias is usually pronounced mah-THY-us or mah-tee-is, as well as other ways. Those are the most common I've heard, but I know there's more.

Is Mattias (usually) pronounced the same?

    Sometimes. Either it's Matti-as or those others you put.

    I would normally pronounce both as Mah-tee-is

    If that's how you'd want it pronounced, go with the spelling Mattias :)

    The only Matthias I've ever known pronounced his name mah-TY-iss.

    Personally I would pronounce them both this way.
