Why are they talking about how much the tax increase on the rich will gain over 10 years when the budget?

is rewritten every year and can be changed at any time? Doesn't this make spending cut plans over a 10 year period some what meaningless?

    It's ALL political BS.

  • They figure it over a ten year period so it will sound like a bigger number to uninformed taxpayers. If they broke it down to how much would be cut in a year or every month it would seem like nothing. It is an attempt to fool people.
