My favourite spin to watch is probably a really good biellmann spin, with the free leg nicely extended and a good bend in the back.
To do is probably any kind of sit spin variation (especially cannonball) or I-spin, even though my I-spin is terrible it's so fun to practise! :)

Definitely to watch is either a layback or a beilman as many others would say because it is very elegant and looks very beautiful and graceful if done correctly.
My favorite spin are sit spin variations because they are the easiest to master and you can spin very fast. But mainly because it is by far the easiest.
P.S. I hate spinning haha Alissa Czisny has gorgeous spins... :)

To watch, a classic layback spin with the free leg properly turned out and foot parallel to the ice.
To do, layback and flying camel.

I don't know, there are so many spins I love watching...um, I might just choose a biellman spin or a flying camel.
My favourite spins to do are sit spins and camels. These are the spins I'm practicing at the moment, and so I am enjoying them.

I love laybacks personally, but I love watching any flying spin, although a flying sit is probably my ultimate favourite to watch. :)

To watch: Biellmanns, I-spins, anything crazy hard and needs wild flexibility! My favourite is probably the hyper-extended Biellmann or the pearl spin (Caroline Zhang used to do it beautifully, look it up!)
To perform: Back pancakes and broken leg sits!

I love watching a man with a beautifully stretched out camel, pointed toe, leg straight, nice line and arch through the back. Plushenko's and Gachinski's are especially lovely. I don't like the fifty squillion variations people have to do now. I don't like seeing Artur squish his already ouchy back into a dodgy donut to get points; I don't like seeing Zhenya force his broken body into unnatural positions to get levels; I don't like watching Josh reach back for his blade to try and score more.
And in a few years' time, no doubt everyone will be wondering "Why do the current men have so many back injuries?" *facepalm*
anyway, to do: sit spin.
