I'm in college so I live in a dorm, I'm really just too busy to go to the cafe to get food so what I do is I boil 2 eggs in the morning and I eat it with 2 slices of white bread and I'll have a cup of hot chocolate, I have class the rest of the day, about 10 hours of class and I eat another boiled egg for dinner, topped with nothing, no salt, nothing and eat it with a slice of white bread, I'll eat my dinner before 8 so uhh will this practice of eating white bread make me fat?

Your diet is awful. The eggs are great but the bread is terrible and if this is all your eating in a day, then you're setting yourself up for weight gain. Your body needs calories to burn calories. You need to feed your body properly so you can focus in class and also feed your muscles and internal organs so they can process accordingly.
Yes, you can keep the eggs are breakfast but why don't you buy WHOLE GRAIN bread? And ditch that hot chocolate, instead drink black coffee or black/green tea.
You also need lunch and your dinner of ONE egg is just NOT going to cut it. You need to eat a balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates. A good lunch would be: Turkey and Olive salad with a little quinoa and for Dinner: Roasted fish or chicken with lentils or wild rice drizzled with olive oil.
If you need a sweet, have some fruit. Plums, Pears, Apples, Berries, you can even sprinkle them with a little cinnamon.

Bread is a carbohydrate and, like any carb, too much bread can cause weight gain. If you're physically active, you can probably handle three slices a day.
Three eggs a day is too many. Most doctors recommend no more than three a week. Replace some of those eggs with salads or roasted vegetables, even frozen ones.

Cardio by myself will not burn fat. You must add some weight training to your events. In order to burn probably the most fats you'll need lean muscle, which helps burn energy and fat. You additionally need to exchange your food regimen. You are not able to devour the same thing everyday or your physique is not going to get the appropriate diet it wants to burn fats and construct muscle. You will have to devour more protein like a chiken or a fish. Have eggs or oatmeal in the morning for breakfast. Eating rice is exceptional but for those who substitute brown rice for white it can be a healthier alternative. Carbs are quite what you wish to have to consume if you are watching to obtain weight and build muscle tissues. They are first-class for energy and fuel your exercise. If you're simply watching to shed pounds, and handiest do a cardio routine, you will have to lower on the carbs

Well, since white bread is considered as a simple carbohydrate, it gives you energy quickly which causes to increase insulin and store fat. Besides, white carbs have more empty calories than brown ones. Brown carbs are complex carbs that take more time to digest therefore, they can keep you full for several hours whereas white carbs that they give us a short time energy.
