So there's this guy who works as a chef at this restaurant where I'm working part time, I'm a student btw. This guy who used to flirt with me a lot is now ignoring me because there was this one time he was being rude and we stopped talking. I'm nice to his friends still but sometimes while I'm working I catch him staring at me, we'd make eye contact and I would look away because I get freaked out. I've no idea if he's still into me or not talking to me because he thinks I don't want to talk to him, I'm afraid if I ask him he'll ignore me? I'm kinda close with his friends. 3-4 oat cookies between lunch and dinner

veggies for dinner

I don't eat chocolate, fast food, junk food etc and I drink a minimum of 2L water a day

plus I work out 3-4 times a week

I drink 2L of water a day and thinking of adding green tea to my diet

I eat 30g of bran flakes and 100ml milk for breakfast

an apple in between lunch and breakfast

2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of wholegrain bread for lunch and half can of tuna in water

an apple 3 hours after lunch

veggies for dinner

cardio exercises 3-4 times a week

I also do not eat junk food, chocolate, fast food etc

I'm in college so I live in a dorm, I'm really just too busy to go to the cafe to get food so what I do is I boil 2 eggs in the morning and I eat it with 2 slices of white bread and I'll have a cup of hot chocolate, I have class the rest of the day, about 10 hours of class and I eat another boiled egg for dinner, topped with nothing, no salt, nothing and eat it with a slice of white bread, I'll eat my dinner before 8 so uhh will this practice of eating white bread make me fat?

Okay, so I'm a 17 year old girl currently learning how to drive but my driving instructor is very rude and causes me to make mistakes and become nervous. I told my mom about this but she wouldn't let me change my instructor as she said my documents are all with them and she has paid for the whole course. And she thinks that I'm just being whiny since my brothers who had learnt with him had no complaints although one of my brother's did complain to me about him. Truth is that he constantly shouts at me and tell me that I'm a cry baby when I actually have never cried infront of him. He shouts at me for every single mistake I do and I tremble. He even hit me with his elbow when I was reaching for the gear when I hadn't pressed on the break completely. I had to take more lessons cause he said that I'm a terrible driver when in real I think the reason I keep driving like a stupid person is cause I get nervous with him constantly shouting and mocking me. All I can do is just nod and smile, cause knowing the person he is if I confront him, things are gonna get worse. Help me how to gain confidence in driving when my driving instructor is constantly shouting in my ear ? :( I'm just scared and I get butterflies every single time before my driving lesson starts...

Okay, today my mom cooked some Asian food which is supposed to be eaten with white rice. I liked it very much and kept eating it non-stop like I have 2 ounces of cooked rice every 2 hours, I have eaten for like 3 times today. I usually stay away from white rice cause I thought it's fattening. So, will I gain weight ? :( Also, I drink like 13 glasses of water a day.

My grandma who is 85 has pneumonia and she is in the ICU, I'm always with her in there and now I have flu and fever. could this in any way be pneumonia ?
