Is Twinings Green Tea gonna help me lose weight faster?
I'm a 19 year old girl
So I was wondering if the green tea from twinnings of london could in any way help me lose weight faster?
I drink 2L of water a day and thinking of adding green tea to my diet
I eat 30g of bran flakes and 100ml milk for breakfast
an apple in between lunch and breakfast
2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of wholegrain bread for lunch and half can of tuna in water
an apple 3 hours after lunch
veggies for dinner
cardio exercises 3-4 times a week
I also do not eat junk food, chocolate, fast food etc

The effectiveness of drinking green tea as a part of your diet will depend on the following:
- The timing of drinking green tea
- Tea bags or loose tea leaves
The best time to drink green tea is after your breakfast and lunch. Green tea will help you break of fat and stimulate your digestion system. Don't drink it late in the evening as this will affect the quality of your sleep. Research suggest that when you are in your REM sleep, you actually burn a lot of calories, if you drink too much green tea before going to bed, it will hurt your REM sleep. Instead, try caffeine free flower teas
Loose teas will have a greater effect than tea bags. The leaves are freshness and it consist of 100% tea leaves. First, Don't deprive yourself of food to try and lose weight... your body will retain MORE fat to try to make up for what you're NOT eating... don't do it. Eat lots of healthy things, if you're not able to eat a lot at once, snack on health foods throughout the day. You'll find yourself losing a lot more weight then you thought you would.
Secondly, yes. It will help you to lose weight because it helps your body to cleanse, and therefore get rid of the unhealthy fat that your body may have... Make sure you eat more!!! Tuna, beans, rice, lettuce, etc, etc, etc... you'll stay much healthier

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
