Why does he stare but ignore me?

is it that easy for a guy to get over a girl?, Usually not if the feelings are strong. I'm afraid if I ask him he'll ignore me? Why be afraid? Staring usually means he has an interest in you maybe he feels guilty about how he treated you. this one time he was being rude

I catch him staring at me, we'd make eye contact and I would look away because I get freaked out, In his eyes this can be a form of rejection. So stop wondering and ask. Don't take anything personal we just don't know how people will react I read one question from a girl t hat liked a guy and when he asked her she said no because she thought he was kidding. Relationships are the hardest because some people just scared to death to speak from the heart. He still likes you. He is most likely afraid, or holding a slight grudge bc previous events confused him. They get weird like that for no reason. Ask him out ! At least u would know, what's the worst that's gonna happen ? He would say no.......oh well. Live everyday as though it was your last.
